“Satan has his sights on the United States of America!” Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum has declared.
This has prompted the question, “Does Rick Santorum have a Satan problem?“
That question isn’t hard to answer. Yes, he does, but not only does Santorum have a Satan problem, all the world has a Satan problem. The good news is that Rick Santorum knows the answer to that problem and that there is also hope. This hope is found in the Lord Jesus Christ, as Paul told Timothy:
For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil.And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. Romans 16:20
I think we need to pray that Rick Santorum will remain faithful and remember when questioned:
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31
