What loopholes does Obama want closed and who is actually qualified to decide what is “right”?

My opinion is that when a president uses the presidency to portray himself and his ideas as ‘right’ and portray a large group of the American people who disagreement with him over an issue such as spending and/or taxing as ‘wrong’, he is poisoning the waters and making a climate that is unhealthy for everyone concerned.
