In case you were listening…

Fox Nation reported the story first and then it was picked up by the White House Dossier who was then picked up by Drudge.

The story tells us that the Obama Administration failed to issue an Easter greeting to the nation. The headline, What? No Easter Greeting? It read in part:

By comparison, the White House has released statements recognizing the observance of major Muslim holidays and released statements in 2010 on Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Hajj, and Eid-ul-Adha.

The White House  . . . did release an eight-paragraph statement heralding Earth Day. Likewise, the president’s weekend address mentioned neither Good Friday or Easter.*

Is this story newsworthy. What do you think?

Obama did attend a Christian church and hosted the traditional Easter egg hunt at the White House.
