Herman Cain is able to say a lot in a few words. When asked about Rick Perry, Mitt Romney, and Newt Gingrich, in that order, he answered:
When asked about his 9-9-9 plan he went into a little more detail, but even his tax plan is easy to understand.
Herman Cain is a businessman, politician, and radio host who is a candidate for the Republican nomination. He is the former CEO of Godfather’s Pizza and was the chairman of the board of directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He served as a minister at the Antioch Baptist Church North in Atlanta, Georgia.
His professional successes garnered the respect and admiration of industry peers who named him the President of the National Restaurant Association. Under Herman’s administration, the group grew significantly and began to lobby for the interests of America’s restaurateurs and small business owners….Herman began working with business leaders across all sectors of the American economy. This led to his acceptance of a position on the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and he was subsequently elected their chairman. In this role, he analyzed economic conditions in the region and notified the Federal Reserve of how their policies should respond.
Most recently, he hosted a radio talk show, “The Herman Cain Show,” on Atlanta’s WSB 750 AM/ 95.5 FM. He serves as a regular contributor on several broadcast networks and as a keynote speaker at conferences and events around the nation.
If Cain is elected, I believe that he will be the opposite of Barack Obama. Where Obama relies on a teleprompter, Herman Cain will speak from his years of experience and rely on the knowledge and wisdom he has accumulated. Obama attempts to appease. Cain will attempt to solve problems. Obama considers political consequences to his own career more than how the people will be effected.
I believe Cain will run the government like a business and will demand accountability from those around him without constantly considering the political consequence of each action.
Herman Cain is ambitious, but his ambition doesn’t seem to be self-centered. He seems to be the kind of person who considers those around him and how to improve situations. More and more I find myself hoping that he will be the Republican nominee.
We will know soon if the opposition considers him a top contender .When liberals attack Herman Cain with the intent to destroy, we will know that he is ‘in the race’.
