There are people today who follow Christ example and go about doing good. Some do things quietly.
Such was the case for something Nathan Deal did recently. Governor Deal quietly signed into law a bill to alleviate suffering.
Governor Nathan Deal (R) of Georgia has signed that state’s version of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act into law. Georgia is the sixth state to enact this life-saving law, whose original version was crafted by constitutional experts at National Right to Life.
The Pain-Capable law makes it illegal to perform an abortion on an unborn child who is developed enough to feel pain.
Thank you Governor Deal and may God bless you for this act of kindness. Some will say you are declaring war on women. I do not believe that and I pray that young women across the nation will hear, see and understand that this act of kindness shown to the unborn will enable the mother to live life with dignity and self-respect.
