Another look at Fox New’s Polls in light of the Poll Workers at the Polling Places

For months prior to the November 2012 election, I was disturbed by what the Obama Administration ‘injustice departmentunder the direction of Eric Holder did. The department filed many law suits (33 states were sued by Eric Holder) to fight against identifying voters, cleansing voter rolls and in my opinion keeping our elections free of fraud. This is just the opposite of what a justice department should be doing.

The Opinion Polls such as Gallup and Rasmussen Reports and other reliable daily polls were taking daily surveys of likely voters and media outlets reported to the public almost hourly. I watched the reports and I kept sites book-marked on my desk-top of the polls. Fox News gave the most accurate reports.

Mitt Romney was either leading or tied with Barack Obama in every swing state up until the day of the election.

After the election, Democrats and their paid media sources began immediately to bad-mouth Fox for misleading the American public. I did not believe then, nor do I believe now that Fox did that. I believe that what is acknowledged in the video below happened in numerous polling places. If a person will vote numerous times for Obama, can you imagine what that person might do while working at the polls? If a poll worker thinks it is legal to vote multiple times ‘for other people in the family’, will he or she not tell others that they have a ‘right’ to do this as well in order to give Mr. Obama his “right to be president?” Now imagine this happening across every swing state!

Do you consider this voter fraud? As soon as the election results began to come in and reports of ‘irregularities’ at the polling places began to be reported I began to be very suspicious about the true outcome of the election. Mitt Romney did not lose every swing state but one! Fox News had it right. Rasmussen and Gallup were accurate. We do not know who would have won the election had each legally registered citizen had one vote.

My mother always told me when I did wrong, “Be sure your sins will find you out.” I believe this is as true today as it was then.

  1. Hmm, let’s see. The “injustice” department as you call it was suing over Voter ID laws. Laws that would disenfranchise millions of mostly poor, elderly, rural, and minority americans. Laws that only deal with “in person voter imporsonation fraud”, something that every study, and years of Bush administration investigations and crackdowns found- really doesn’t exist in any meaningful form. In other words- we are talking about taking away the voting rights of tens of thousands of hard working americans for every single case of this fraud. Of course- the majority of those that would be disenfranchised vote democratic- so to the republicans this is a more then acceptable trade off.

As to the ohio case- of course you do realize that voter ID laws would have had no impact? And that existing laws- the same ones every state has, caught it? And of course it appears this was not fraud per se. This was a person in a battleground state. A state that tried to rescind early voting for all ohioans except the military (who tend to vote republican). Someone who was concerned about the massive discussion of mail in ballots not being counted. And who knew damn well that the state- as do all states, have mechanisms in place to catch just exactly this kind of double voting.

The issue here is not,as you imply, that Fox/Rassmussen were right. The issue with the polling was how the surveys were weighted- with fox and rasmussen both using far different weighting that supported their preconceived notions then any other legitimate polling organization.

Sorry- but Obama did not win a second term BECAUSE of voter fraud- he wan a second term IN SPITE of attempts to disenfranchise millions of voters.

Voter ID laws would not have stopped the lady in the video from voting multiple times. Perhaps not, since she was a poll worker and felt safe doing what she did, but it certainly would slow down those who were intent on voting multiple times who were not poll workers. You say she may not have committed fraud. I say it was the worse kind of fraud.

There were people who were disenfranchised in 2012 – military personnel and some people who had never voted but were turned away at the polls and told they had already voted. Apparently in the second instance, someone had voted using their name because photo ID wasn’t being required. Rasmussen and Fox were not the only polls that had Romney up or tied. I kept daily tallies and paid attention to how they were being weighted.

I wonder how you come to your conclusion that Obama won a second term in spite of attempts to disenfranchise voters when there were few if any reports of Democrats being disenfranchised or intimidated, but multiple reports of Republicans and Independents? Eric Holder worked four years getting a political machine in place for 2012 that would favor allowing illegals to vote and allowing for multiple voting just as ACORN worked for Democrats in 2008.

The really sad thing about the whole thing is this. Those who want measures in place to enable fraud and multiple voting will regret it just as much as those of us who are attempting to keep integrity in the voting process when we have lost all integrity. Without integrity at the voting place, we no longer have an ‘of the people, by the people, and for the people’ republic. We have a system open to tyrants. We need a system whereby one citizen has one vote and if we do not put measures in place to see to it that those citizens who care enough to stay informed and vote maintain that system, we are sunk! States can have photo ID laws that still enable elderly and minorities to vote. It is being done in several states. When enough groups puts their agenda ahead of integrity, it is over.

There were many factors that hurt Mitt Romney and favored Barack Obama in the 2012 presidential election. The Democrats portrayed Romney in the worst light possible; as a wealthy, out of touch millionaire who wanted to return women to the 1800′s. The left wing media predictably did everything it could to perpetuate that false caricature. Obama’s race was an advantage; voters of all persuasions, particularly minorities, still cannot get over the allure of the first black president. The 47% of Americans on welfare were predisposed to vote for the food stamp president over Romney, wanting the free goodies to keep on giving, despite the long-term unsustainability.
