Because God (His power and Godhead) is eternal, we are without excuse…

Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear. Isaiah 59:1

God’s prophets were never wrong.  Isaiah saw the LORD’s hand as able to save. Paul saw Jesus as eternal. We have all been told. We are without excuse…

For since the creation of the world His invisible [attributes] are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse… Romans 1:20

When God completed creation the Bible tells us that He not only saw all that He had made, He saw that it was very good. Genesis 1:31

God cared for His creation. He cared so much that when sin marred it, He was willing to come into the world in the Person of Christ, into a human body of flesh, and there make atonement for sin in order to redeem that which was lost.

But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave, for He shall receive me. Psalm 49:15

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself [His] own special people, zealous for good works. Titus 2: 11-14

No wonder we are strongly warned:

For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward, how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard [Him], God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will? Hebrews 2:2-3

Jesus said:

So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.” Mark 11:22

Jesus revealed God to us by living a perfect life and by dying on the cross and being resurrected. We are clearly shown that having faith in Jesus Christ is having faith in God:

But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all  who believe. For there is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth [as] a propitiation by His blood through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. Romans 3: 21-26

What will you do about obedience to the Word? No one will escape who denies or neglects this great salvation.
