At wit.irr.org, the fourth Tenet of Watchtower reads as follows:
4. Loyalty to Jehovah’s organization on earth and acceptance of its teachings is required for salvation.
Jehovah’s Witnesses claim that Jehovah’s organization on earth is the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. Clearly they are saying that only those faithful to Watchtower will be saved…
We should do as the Thessalonians did and search the scriptures daily to see if these things are so. I have searched daily and diligently. The fourth tenet, like the first three, is not in the scriptures.
WHAT DO WE FIND IN THE BIBLE?
1 Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, 2 by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you – unless you believed in vain.
3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,
Paul made it clear in all his preaching and teaching; the gospel message is that Christ Jesus, the Son of the Living Lord, the only begotten Son of God died for our sins, was buried, and rose again the third day according to the scripture. So…
WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED?

But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Romans 10:8-10
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.Ephesians 2:8-9
He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time. 2 Timothy 1:9

So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him. Hebrew 9:28
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
But Israel is saved by the Lord with everlasting salvation; you shall not be put to shame or confounded to all eternity. Isaiah 45:17
Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for You are my praise. Jeremiah 17:14
In those days Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will dwell securely. And this is the name by which it will be called: ‘The Lord is our righteousness.’ Jeremiah 33:16

And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”Acts 4:13
Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Ephesians 5:6
