INSPIRATION – by Odessa Hughes

Inspiration- by Odessa Hughes

While going through Mother’s Bible, I found a priceless treasure!

She had written on notebook paper:

“This writing was inspired  from Psalm 119 verses 43-48”

Sometimes I sit and survey this lovely sanctuary of earth and sky that God made. I am so mindful of the wonderful peace that flows through me. As I gaze at the distant mountains and the soft clouds that float and move above me, and feeling the wind as it flows through the trees, and watching their boughs and leaves as they seem to dance to it’s melody, I can see God everywhere.

The birds and the sounds of insects moving around just add their notes to the wonderful symphony of God’s orchestra. It all helps to remind me of how small a speck I am in this whole creation, and how very thankful I am just to be able to reach out and touch a small part of God’s good earth. To be able to hear and see all the sweet sounds is a wonderful privilege indeed, I am so very thankful.
