Peace with God in Christ…

Are you worried about your imperfections? Peace with God is only possible by faith in Christ. Some feel Matthew 5:48 disqualifies us from ever having peace with God because we are all imperfect, but this is why Christ came. We must take the complete word and Jesus is The Word!

Mt.5:48 – Be ye therefore perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

James 2:10 – For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all.

Rom.3:10,12 – For there is none righteous, no, not one – There is no one who does good, not even one.

Jer.17:9 – The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?

Rom 3:19,20 – Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. – Therefore, by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

John 6:29 Jesus replied, “The work of God is this: to believe in the One He has sent.”

Romans 4:5 And to the one who does not work but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness,

Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” 1 John 5:4 “For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.”

Acts 2:38 And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

‭God assures us peace‭ that passes understanding!

And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ. Philippians 4:7
